PERE’s Senior Editor Jonathan Brasse joins the authors of the largest health and wellness study of global real estate investment managers ever conducted to discuss how and why demand for healthy buildings is growing and what solutions will jump to the fore as the world emerges from the pandemic.

Co-authored by the Center for Active Design, United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative and BentallGreenOak, the study quantifies for the first time the extent to which the industry is focusing on health and wellness in ESG investment strategies.
