    As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding the company's market presence. Your primary focus will be identifying strategic opportunities, fostering partnerships, and executing plans to achieve revenue targets. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by initiating and cultivating relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

    What You’ll Do

    1. Client Engagement and Acquisition
    • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels.

    • Conduct cold calling, attend networking events, and leverage referrals for client acquisition.

    2. Partnership and Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

    • Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    3. Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

    • Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.

    • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, including lead tracking and deal closure.

    4. Product Knowledge and Presentation
    • Maintain a deep understanding of products/services.

    • Conduct engaging sales presentations to highlight benefits and features.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams for alignment.

    Requirements
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the industry relevant to the company within the real estate industry. Experience with and knowledge of sustainability, healthy buildings, and ESG is highly preferred.

    • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and problem-solving.

    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and objectives.

    • Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sustainability, and Urban Planning preferred

    • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools.

    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Remote workers are required to have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.

    Compensation
    $90,000 USD Base + Commissions

    What You’ll Do

    1. Content Creation
    • Craft engaging and persuasive content that drives brand awareness, fosters customer engagement, and ultimately contributes to the company's growth and success.

    • Develop creative and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing collateral, including: website content, social media content and email newsletters, blog posts, articles, and press releases, whitepapers, case studies, and other content.

    • Ensure that content is optimized for SEO to improve organic visibility and traffic.

    • Create content that resonates with target audiences.

    • Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

    • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and digital marketing.

    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    2. Campaign Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.

    • Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, pain points, and behaviors to tailor messaging effectively.

    • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.

    • Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, audience engagement, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

    • Work with vendors to create written content and review provided content to ensure in line with company expectations.

    3. Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and digital marketing.

    • Bring creativity, innovation, and fresh perspectives to content creation and marketing strategies to differentiate the brand and captivate the audience.

    • Leverage data insights, explore new tools, and use techniques to enhance the copywriting process.

    • Continuously test and optimize your copywriting efforts by conducting A/B tests to compare variations and fine-tune what resonates with the target audience best.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    • Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative and effective copywriting skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in writing for various digital platforms and formats, including SEO best practices.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a drive to continuously improve.

    $73,126 – $95,000 USD
