What are some of the top Fitwel strategies prioritized across Cortland communities? 

NG: Cortland adopted a wide range of Fitwel strategies to facilitate greater community health and resident and associate safety. These strategies include those that enhance indoor air quality and humidity control, cleaning practices, and onsite hygiene protocols. We also implemented strategies tied to business continuity, communication, and health programming.

How has using Fitwel strategies provided value within your portfolio? 

CM: By utilizing Fitwel strategies, we purposefully certified our portfolio to not only enhance our residents’ experience but also demonstrate how our work in the ‘S’ pillar can drive value.
