    • Integrated APIs assess walkability, access to public transportation, fitness facilities, financial services, and more.

    • Automatically approves and documents qualifying strategies, providing instant credit for applicable amenities.

    • Users may opt out and upload their own documentation (e.g., WalkScore reports).

    • Currently applies to the following scorecard types: Multi-Tenant Base Building (MTBB), Multi-Tenant Whole Building (MTWB/MTWB+), Commercial Interior Space (CI), and Single Tenant Building (ST).
