Fitwel pricing for building scorecards is set to increase in April 2024. The pricing change comes with a series of notable upgrades designed to elevate your Fitwel experience. Here are 5 things you need to know about how Fitwel is evolving to meet your needs.

Our forthcoming v3 Standard will provide the most rigorous, evidence-based standard to date. Together, with the help of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our academic partners, we dove into the trove of public health literature and our database of 7,000 peer-reviewed studies. The outcome unlocked compelling new strategies that maximize health outcomes and mitigate risks. The new strategies include a significant emphasis on climate change preparedness and resilience to adapt to our new environmental reality.
Also as part of v3, we've standardized our strategies across products, allowing for a more efficient, streamlined, and accessible application of strategies across a portfolio, regardless of asset type.
The Fitwel Platform is undergoing a makeover to reflect our users' valuable feedback. Our new look will continue to display the easy-to-use tools and features you've come to know, but with a fresh, enhanced user experience. We will also debut a newer, smarter scorecard with built in efficiencies to reduce documentation and save time.
Our v2.1 Certified Projects Relational Data chart launched earlier this year, offering a sneak peek at how our Platform will increasingly host data insights into asset performance. The upgrades to the product will provide comprehensive, clear, and actionable data.
Fitwel's Help Center library will continue to offer even more. Now with over 60 strategy-specific articles and counting, our team continues to add valuable new insights, tips, video explainers, sample documentation, and more — available and accessible at your fingertips!
These enhancements offer a glimpse into our vision to build the premier healthy building certification system and greatly improve your Fitwel experience. But in order to continue investing in enhancements to improve the robust data and category-leading customer service, we are making a modest adjustment to our product line pricing in April 2024. Please take note of the planned increases set to take effect later next year. Please also note, there will be no changes to our Site Scorecard pricing.
