Fitwel Partner RE Tech Advisors (formerly LORD Green Real Estate Strategies) chose Fitwel Certification for 300 West Sixth to assist its client and Fitwel Champion, Lionstone Investments, in its ongoing commitment to the health and wellness of building staff and tenants. In addition to being in a walkable, amenity-rich area of downtown Austin, 300 West Sixth was a great candidate for Fitwel due to an engaged property team and prior achievement of Fitwel’s Viral Response Module (VRM).

The building recently underwent a ground floor renovation that provided the opportunity to incorporate several wellness strategies, including an updated fitness center with access to natural daylight, live classes in private studios, updated shower and locker rooms, and fitness equipment. The new office has staff support features like a dedicated lactation room, a break area, and active workstations featuring indoor biophilia. The renovated lobby serves as a connection hub for all building occupants where locally sourced produce can be dropped off or provide a sense of community in the new tenant lounge.

Lionstone and RE Tech Advisors look forward to working together on more projects for their continued Fitwel Championship in 2023.
