What Fitwel strategies did you use to achieve your healthy building goals?
LD: Enhanced cleaning and occupant education were focus areas throughout our process in pursuing Fitwel Viral Response Module (VRM). In addition to ensuring proper disinfection of spaces, provision of hand sanitizer, and touchless restroom features, signage and email communications were implemented to ensure occupants were up to date on the COVID measures installed. Additionally, we worked with the 125 Broad Street team to create a Contagious Disease Outbreak Protocol to bolster preparedness for future emergencies.
